On behalf of the patients, families and staff at the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, thank you for your recent gift to the center through the News 95.5 and AM750 WSB Care-a-Thon. After a successful 37 hours, and thanks to amazing supporters like yourself, we continued to collect donations and exceeded $1.7 million in donations this year.
The Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center is a national leader in research and treatment for children with cancer and blood disorders, and we rely heavily on donor support. As Georgia’s top pediatric cancer research center, we’re developing new and innovative cancer-fighting treatments right here in Atlanta. Your donation is helping make a lasting difference in the lives of the children and families we serve. We want all patients—regardless of diagnosis—to get back to being kids and grow up to live full and happy lives after treatment.
