📋 Payment Terms:

  • Advance (cash) secures your date and is non-refundable.

  • The remaining balance is due via Zelle to the church prior to your event.

  • A $500 refundable damage deposit (cash) applies to all packages and is returned after the event if no damages occur.

🍽️ Event Packages –> Hall + Food Options

Total Cash Advance is required to secure the reservation and it is calculated based on the following formula = Decor Level cash advance ( Basic $300 or Signature $400 or Royal $500) + Menu cash advance (Basic menu $5(out of $25/person) x #ppl or Signature $10(out of 35/person) x #ppl or Royal $20(out of $50/person) x #ppl)

Advance cash will secure the reservation if food is not included. Note that the access to the kitchen is not included, however we will provide access to the outdoor kitchen countertop and refrigerator.

Kitchen access if approved adds $100/hour and it includes a supervisor staff.

📝 Notes:

  • Royal × Royal = you provide planning, timeline, vendor coordination, and event flow management

  • Signature × Signature = no event coordination

  • Basic × Basic = self-managed (setup only, basic supplies provided)

We recommend all the payments except the cash advance to be done through Zelle in order to avoid any other fees. The church is registered with Zelle using this email paypal@scechurch.org

Note that 3% will be added to payments made via PayPal or charged with Clover Credit Card.
